Boston detective Frank Shaw (Joel Kinnaman) returns to duty after a career-changing injury that left him with permanent hearing loss. Interpreting for Ava Fremont (Sandra Mae Frank), a witness to a brutal gang murder, they find themselves stuck in an apartment building on the brink of doom when the killers return to wreak havoc. Cut off from the outside world, these two strangers must rely on each other to stop killers they don’t hear coming, their only hope of getting out alive.
